Periodically, letters of continued interest to remain on the waiting list are mailed to the address on your application. If you fail to respond to these letters and/or do not update your contact information if it changes, you will be removed from the waiting list. If you are removed from the waiting list, you may reapply when we reopen our application in the future.
Your waiting list number may fluctuate up or down over time. This is due to other applicants moving off the waiting list or existing tenant mandatory relocations. For your current status or position on the Waiting List, please call the office during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM), at 609-924-3448.
Eligibility
The PHA currently owns and manages a total of 216 rental units. The Public Housing program contains 200 units (90 family and 110 senior/disabled). The PHA also manages a Tax Credit property that consists of 16 family units.
Income Limits
New participants’ total annual household income is to be at or below the following amounts in order to be eligible for assistance:
