Eligibility
The Princeton Housing Authority currently owns and
manages 236 apartments. The Public Housing program contains 200 apartments (90
family and 110 senior/disabled). The Authority also manages a Tax Credit
property that consists of 16 family apartments. A private development,
consisting of 20 apartments, is also managed by the Authority, which is
currently operated under the Public Housing Program regulations.
